In Marlborough Mass, the Brewer 10u Tier 3 Witches had an impressive weekend, going 3-0 to finish first in their pool at the Jingle Bell Skate Tournament held at the New England Sports.

The opening game saw Brewer shake off the rust of the holiday break with a 5-2 win over the Franklin Flyers from Franklin, MA.

Second day action included a 6-0 win of Central Connecticut followed by a physical 4-2 win over the Waschusett Wolfpack.

Championship Saturday saw a couple rematches, with a 5-1 win for Brewer over Franklin followed by a 5-0 shutout of the Wolfpack in the final.
