The Brewer Youth Hockey 10U T3 team has another successful weekend as they kicked off the season in style at the Anctil Memorial Showcase Tournament this weekend hosted by the Maine Gladiators.

The Witches started with a 6-1 victory over the Maine Jr Black Bears Friday afternoon, and then woke up early to default the Maine Gladiators Girls' team 10-0. Later Saturday afternoon Brewer had a tough battle, coming out with a 3-2 victory over the Maine Gladiators.

Sunday saw a rematch against the Gladiator Girls and another win, sending the team to the championship game. The finals saw another rematch, seeing the Witches defeat the Maine Gladiators  by a final 6-3 score.

Brewer successfully defended their title from a year ago, and have now won this tournament at the 10u level in 3 of the past 4 years.
