For the 3rd consecutive year, Brewer Youth Hockey is bringing home the hardware from the 2023 Midcoast Hockey Classic Hockey Tournament held at the Midcoast Recreation Center in Rockport this weekend. This year BYH 8u Orange defended the title with a strong undefeated run through the tournament field.

BYH was proudly represented by 3 teams in the tourney, with BYH 8U Black just missing out on the finals with an overtime loss to tournament runner up, the Midcoast Polar Bears. BYH 8u Gray just missed out on advancing to the cross overs with a strong 4-2 record.

This is the third consecutive championship for a BYH 8u team at the Midcoast Classic, and also 4th in the past 6 seasons the tourney has been held(Won in 2018, Runner up in 2019, Winners in 2020, 2022 & 2023)!

The future of our Brewer program certainly looks strong! Congrats to all our teams on a great weekend and thank you to the Midcoast Hockey Classic for another fun and exciting event!
