The Brewer Youth Hockey 10u Orange team had a spectacular weekend at Norway Savings Bank Arena in Auburn, ME competing at the MHD March Showdown.

On Friday March 1st, the Witches kicked off the tournament with two wins, defeating the Methuen Rangers of Methuen, MA 8-2 and Biddeford 10U Blue 5-2.

Saturday saw Brewer notch two more victories, over Biddeford Red 4-2 and Berlin, NH 4-2. This secured the first overall seed for Brewer Orange going into Sunday's final.

In the championship, the game was tied up after regulation and one overtime period.  Brewer's Henry Danielson scored the game winner in the second OT, securing the 2-1 victory and sending the fans into a frenzy.

A great 5-0 weekend to end the season! Congratulations to the squad!
